Cashless Mediclaim

Matoshree Multispeciality Hospital is the one of the Hospitals to be recognized by Govt. Insurance Companies (GIPSA) for cashless mediclaim. Preauthorization formalities influence the perception of our hospital in more ways than one. An important aspect of patient admission is the management of preauthorization for cashless hospitalization. We have catched the pain points in this process. Hence we start treatment as soon as possible in emergency cases so as the patient should get treatment without delay. We have in house pathology and inhouse pharmacy hence patient or relatives need not run anywhere.

Following are some instructions for patients and relatives who desire to get admitted for cashless mediclaim:

  • Photo ID and mediclaim card are basic requirements.
  • Previous health record or blood investigation report or consultation papers.

Following are some clarification in case cashless mediclaim facility:

  • Registration amount of Rs 300 is not sanctioned by any insurance company hence has to bear by patient.
  • After decision of discharge of patient by concerned consultant doctor there will be some specific procedure for discharge. After that procedure we will get final authorisation letter from company. Then only patient can be discharged.
